What email address does the study room booking system use?

UBC Library provides bookable study spaces in many of our library locations.

Email notifications are sent to confirm your booking and contain a link to cancel your booking. Depending on how you use UBC email systems, you may receive the notification at:

Please note the email in use by this system when you confirm the booking, as the address cannot be updated.

If you are an active UBC employee the library booking system will automatically use your business email.  Within the library booking system, if you are attempting to: Book a study room, Book an appointment, or Register for an event and your email address is appearing as an @ubc.ca or @mail.ubc.ca address, you are a current UBC staff member.

If you are no longer able to access your email, and you cannot access your email notifications, please submit an Ask Us form and we will aim to get back to you within 24 hours, Monday through Friday.
