Can somebody else pick up library materials on my behalf?

Yes, Library card holders can designate somebody to pick up library materials on their behalf! In order to do so, please complete the UBC Proxy Patron Form on the Library's Loan Policies and Fines page.
Note that the Proxy Authorization form allows UBC library card holders to designate someone to borrow materials for a specified period of time, and requests longer than 1 year must be renewed. The proxy must be 18 years or older and must provide one piece of government-issued, photo ID during their registration.
