You can cancel a study room booking at multiple points during the booking process. Before completing the room booking process, you will have the opportunity to review your booking; if you do not wish to proceed with the location or time you have booked, you may cancel your specific booking by clicking "cancel" on the Booking Review page. 

If you have completed the room booking process, but wish to cancel, you can do so by viewing the email confirmation for your study room booking; at the bottom of the email confirmation is a link you can follow to cancel the booking.

When you successfully cancel a booking, you will receive an email confirmation.
