First, login to myaccount.ubc.ca to verify that your CWL is working.

Second, you need to log in to Pay for Print using your EAD account, which requires adding .stu to your CWL username.

UBC Vancouver students: your EAD account is your CWL username with “.stu” added to the end. Please follow the instructions for "first time users" at payforprint.ubc.ca to activate your account. If you have followed the instructions for first time users on the Pay for Print website, including resetting your CWL password, and are still not able to log into the Pay for Print site, contact the IT Service Centre Help Desk
