Refunds are issued if the quality of printing is poor or you were mistakenly charged.

UBC Vancouver students: If you are printing at IKBLC or in any UBC Library, visit a UBC Library service desk at the nearest library branch to request a refund. If you are in residence contact Student Housing and Community Services.

UBC Okanagan students: Visit the UBCO IT website for steps on requesting a refund.
