What online resources (eBooks/journals) can alumni access remotely?
FAQ Question content
UBC Library offers many services to Alumni, though the most common question is how Alumni can access library collections.
Remote access to most UBC Library’s electronic resources is restricted by license agreement to current UBC students, faculty and staff. View a list of resources that have been licensed for UBC Alumni with remote access. A CWL login is required for remote access; follow these instructions if you are an alumni without a CWL.
UBC alumni who are able to visit campus can access additional licensed resources from one of the library’s public computers by using a guest OpenAthens login. You can obtain a guest OpenAthens login in person at a library service desk; it will only provide access within a UBC Library location.
